Our team will assess the situation and work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their Kiwi Tea experience, so don't hesitate to reach out to us if you encounter any issues.
At Kiwi Tea, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your online purchase, we offer a refund option. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase upon the return of the product in its original condition. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and that we cannot provide a refund for any products that have been opened or used.
